It was making me crazy, so eventually I created a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mediawiki.org\/wiki\/Extension:Terminology\">Terminology extension for media wiki<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You can see a demo of it on <a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.cyanogenmod.com\/index.php\/Main_Page\">CyanogenMod&#8217;s Wiki<\/a>. And see the <a href=\"http:\/\/wiki.cyanogenmod.com\/index.php\/Terminology\">Terminology source page<\/a>.
